SDH Founder and President, Sigrid Wagner grew up in Europe and moved to Northern California where she found a way to combine her love for textiles and a genuine concern for the environment. In 1986, inspired by her own collection of antique linens handed down through generations, she founded SDH Fine European linens. Her first line of products, The Purists Collection was sought after by high-end specialty stores that valued luxury linens, and within months, SDH began to grow. Now SDH is a flourishing family industry, with son Joel Hedberg and daughter Susan Farrell integral parts of the business.

This all-natural line is brushed with richly hued color which comes from combining colored and natural shade jacquards. The dyed yarns are processed using low-impact, fiber reactive dyes and methods. Incorporating color into all natural themes extends the palette for the discriminating home designer.
